简历:

196710月出生,汉族,浙江东阳人,中共党员,研究员,博士生导师。1989年毕业于南京大学地质系,1991年和1999年分别在中科院地球化学所和中科院地质所获矿物学硕士和博士学位。2003-2004年在法国国立科技大学(INSA-Lyon)从事博士后研究工作,2005年为澳大利亚昆士兰理工大学访问学者。20068月至20094月任研究所科技处处长;20094月至20103月任所长助理兼科技处处长;20103月起任副所长兼纪委书记;20157月起任党委副书记(主持工作)兼副所长;20165月起任党委书记兼副所长。

兼任国际粘土矿物协会(Contributions and Membership Committee, Clay Minerals Society)委员、亚洲粘土协会(Asian Clay Society)主席、中国矿物岩石地球化学学会副理事长、《Clays and Clay Minerals》和《Solid Earth Sciences》副主编,《Applied Clay Science》、《Journal of Asian Earth Sciences》、《矿物学报》、《矿物岩石地球化学通报》等学术期刊编委。曾获国家杰出青年基金(2007)并入选中科院“百人计划”。曾获广东省科学技术一等奖(排名第一)、法-中科学与应用基金会(FFCSA)首届“吉尔?卡恩奖”、“南粤百杰”、“丁颖科技奖”、“侯德封奖”、“青年地质科技奖(金锤奖)”、“中国硅酸盐学会青年科技奖”、“中国科学院优秀研究生导师”、“朱李月华优秀导师奖”、“全国优秀科技工作者”,并入选“新世纪百千万人才工程”国家级人选。

主要研究领域为:粘土矿物学、环境矿物学、矿物结构与矿物化学、矿物表面物理化学、矿物材料。已发表SCI论文200多篇、出版专著1部、获国家发明专利18件,SCI他引6000多次(HI=44),相关论文入选“中国百篇最具影响国际学术论文”;在Clays and Clay MineralsApplied Clay ScienceMineralogy and PetrologyJournal of Nanoscience and Nanotechnology主编专集5部;入选美国信息科学研究所基本科学指数地学高引用率科学家目录和Elsevier中国高被引学者(地球和行星科学领域排名第122015, 2016))。
