Research:

I study the structure of the Earth’s interior from seismic waves (body wave, surface wave and scattered waves). By using both travel times and waveforms, I image the velocity structures at different scales and different depths of the Earth, trying to understand the composition and dynamic evolution within. My interests include but not limited to: anisotropy and heterogeneity of the crust and upper mantle, heterogeneities in the lower mantle, 3D anisotropy and heterogeneity structure in the core region.
